About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The Murrieta Rhino Holdco LLC, doing business as Rhino USA (Rhino USA, we, us, or our), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information. It also explains the privacy choices and rights available to you.

Additional Uses

  • Process orders, payments, shipping, returns, complaints, recalls, and warranty claims.
  • Create and manage accounts, loyalty benefits, referrals, and customer profiles.
  • Respond to questions and send transactional, security, product, warranty, or account notices.
  • Send email, SMS, push, social, and other marketing where permitted, and measure or personalize that marketing.
  • Operate, debug, protect, and improve our sites, products, services, and customer experience.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
  • Comply with law, court orders, audits, tax and accounting duties, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Support a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or transfer involving all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.
  • Create aggregated or deidentified information. We maintain and use deidentified information without attempting to reidentify it except as permitted by law.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

We may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other automated tools to support customer service, product recommendations, content creation, product customization, analytics, fraud and security monitoring, and other business operations. Information you submit, including text, images, product preferences, transaction information, and customer-service communications, may be processed as an input to or output from these tools when reasonably necessary for the requested feature or another purpose described in this Policy.

We apply safeguards and human oversight appropriate to the context and require service providers to process personal information under applicable contractual restrictions. We do not use automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning consumers. We do not use personal information to train a general-purpose artificial intelligence model unless we separately disclose that practice and obtain consent when required by law.

Session Replay and Interaction Analytics

We and our service providers may use session-replay and interaction-analytics technologies to understand how visitors use our websites. These technologies may record and reconstruct interactions such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, pointer or cursor movements, navigation paths, time spent, error messages, and information about the device and browser. We use this information to diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud, improve site performance and usability, and understand how our services are used.

Session-replay providers may process this information on our behalf under contractual restrictions. We configure these tools to mask or exclude payment-card information, account passwords, and other sensitive form fields where the technology supports masking. You should not enter sensitive personal information into an open-text field unless we request it for the stated purpose. Where applicable law requires consent or provides an opt-out right for these technologies, we apply the choices available through our cookie controls and Your Privacy Choices page.

Cookies Advertising and Analytics

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies. Essential technologies support checkout, security, authentication, and site operation. Analytics technologies help us understand performance. Advertising technologies measure campaigns, create audiences, and show ads based on activity over time and across nonaffiliated services.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures of device identifiers, internet activity, commercial information, approximate location, or inferences to advertising and social-media partners may, however, be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under applicable law.

You may opt out through the Your Privacy Choices link in the website footer. Where required, we also process a qualifying browser-based universal opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device and for an associated profile when we can identify the connection. Cookie choices may be specific to a browser or device. Disabling cookies may affect nonessential features but will not prevent ordinary purchases.

A Do Not Track signal is different from a legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism. Because there is no uniform industry standard for Do Not Track, we do not respond to DNT signals unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or using another instruction provided in the message. We may still send nonpromotional communications about orders, accounts, security, warranties, recalls, or changes that affect an existing relationship. Your decision to stop marketing does not withdraw consent for communications that are legally permitted without marketing consent.

Mobile Messaging

We may use information about items placed in a shopping cart, including an abandoned cart, to determine when to send a cart reminder text if you have provided the required consent. Mobile opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose that information to vendors that provide messaging services for us, subject to contractual limits, and when required by law. Our Mobile Terms and the messaging provider terms presented at enrollment also apply.

Loyalty Referral and Financial Incentive Programs

We may offer discounts, loyalty points, samples, referral benefits, or similar programs. Participation is voluntary. The program notice presented when you enroll describes the material terms, the personal information involved, how to withdraw, and any good-faith estimate of the value of the information when applicable law requires it. You may leave a program using the method stated in its notice. Leaving may end benefits that require the information, but we will not otherwise discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If you provide a friend’s contact details for a referral, you represent that you have permission to do so. We identify the referring person in the first message where appropriate and use the information to administer the referral and associated benefits.

Public Content Social Media and Community Features

Information you post in a blog comment, review, social-media group, community, contest, or other public feature may be visible to others. We may receive engagement metrics and information made available by the platform. The platform independently controls information it collects through its service. Avoid posting information you do not want made public.

How We Disclose Personal Information

  • Service providers and contractors that perform commerce, payment, shipping, warranty, customer service, messaging, hosting, security, analytics, marketing, and professional services for us.
  • Advertising, analytics, and social-media partners, including for campaign measurement, audience matching, and targeted advertising, subject to your choices and applicable law.
  • Retailers, marketplaces, distributors, and business partners when necessary to fulfill a request, coordinate a transaction, or administer a joint program.
  • Affiliated companies for internal administration and services, subject to applicable law and contractual controls.
  • Government authorities, courts, advisers, insurers, and other parties when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
  • Transaction parties and advisers in connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction.
  • Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

Retention

We retain each category of personal information only as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate for the disclosed purpose. We consider the duration of the customer or account relationship; warranty and product-safety obligations; transaction, tax, accounting, and chargeback requirements; consent and preference records; fraud and security needs; applicable limitation periods; legal holds; and whether the information can be aggregated or deidentified. We then delete, deidentify, or securely isolate information unless law permits or requires longer retention. Backup copies are removed under normal backup cycles and protected from ordinary use until deletion.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. You should use a unique password, protect account credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Children

Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without the affirmative authorization required by law. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us for review and deletion.
